Juanita Joaquina Miller was the daugter of Joaquin Miller and wife Abbie Leland Miller. She was born in New York City in 1880. Joaquin Miller, born Cincinnatus Heine Miller and known as the "poet of the Sierras," was a Calif. poet and playwright.
